Following its announcement Wednesday of a new executive chef, the Brickhouse Brewery is sharing details and photos from its brand-new menu.
The brainchild of the newly hired Phil Capobianco, the offerings will include several Asian-Creole- fusion seafood dishes, and is designed to complement the Brickhouse Brewery’s beer selections.
Several of the brew pub’c classic items will also continue to be featured, such as the Buffalo wings, classic nachos, Nitro Boom chili, reuben, burgers and shepherd’s pie.

The Sesame Tuna Napoleon features rare sesame tuna layered between fried wontons and Asian slaw, in a similar fashion to a classic Napoleon dessert. To finish, the dish is tossed in a Japanese wasabi ouzo vinaigrette.
The new Asian Shrimp Wrap includes tender cuts of shrimp in lettuce cups, topped with Thai Cole slaw and Thai peanut sauce.
A new Beer Battered starters section has also been added, with items such as fried pickles, garlic parmesan chicken wings and beer battered bacon.
Aside from the spring remodeling of its main dining area that has a New Orleans feel, the Brickhouse also upgraded its outdoor seating area, which is also dog-friendly.

The BrickHouse, Long Island’s longest-running microbrewery, opened in 1996 in the former Shands store, which had operated in the West Main Street for some 80 years.
It’s also located in the village’s oldest mercantile building.
