The Patchogue Village Board elections that were to be held March 18 — before coronavirus containment measures got in the way — are now set for Tuesday, June 23, village officials said.

The new date for local special district and village elections across New York State was determined this weekend by the governor’s office.

Mayor Paul Pontieri is running unopposed for another four-year term. Trustee candidates Lori Devlin, James Skidmore, Tom Ferb and Jack Krieger are vying for three open trustee seats in an at-large race. The top three vote-getters win.

Scroll down to hear from each of the candidates.
