The chefs have been chosen for this summer’s Island to Table outdoor dining experience Aug. 26 in Patchogue Village.

For the first time ever, we’re drawing chefs from beyond the Greater Patchogue area.

Each of four chefs will be preparing a passed appetizer (for the cocktail hour) and entrée for the five-course, sit-down meal, with a pastry chef preparing dessert.

Greater Long Island is the night’s media sponsor.

Next we’ll be announcing our local brewers and winemakers.

Tickets are $150 each. Last year’s dinner was a sellout and raised over $10,000 for HomeGrown Change, a local sustainability and educational group that introduces young people to gardening.
