There’s a wonderful family day planned for this Saturday in Patchogue Village.
The morning starts with a special Patchogue-Medford Youth and Community Services’ Pancake Breakfast at the Patchogue Fire Department at 15 Jennings Avenue.
It’s $10 per person and kids under 12 eat free. The food is being provided by local restaurants through the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce’s restaurant committee.
Seatings are at 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., and 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
This is also a nice chance to get that photo with the Easter Bunny.
The kids better eat up, because they’ll need energy for the Patchogue Parks and Rec’s Easter Egg Hunt that starts at noon at the Waldbauer Ballfield Complex on Rider Avenue, just north of Smith Street near the bay.
Children 4, 5 and 6 will hunt at noon, with the 12:30 p.m. slot for kids 7, 8 and 9 years old.
